Subaru WRC Car: Useful Information
In 1989, Subaru, a family car manufacturer, discovered that rallying would be an exceptional way to prove its all–wheel-drive technology. The company worked on it and the result was good. The growth was very rapid. Some modifications on the Subaru Legacy resulted in a rally car that won three consecutive British rally championships.
Later they developed a World Rally Championship car (WRC) too. After winning three manufacturing and two driving championships, the Impreza WRX, Richard Burns and Colin became the icons of rallying.
Subaru Impreza is an excellent family car. But this vehicle is sometimes overpowered by other nameplates because of its higher range of pricing. Recently this vehicle was identified by the customers for its distinctive power train and all-wheel-drive technology. Now this has become a favorable choice of the customers.

Furthermore, this new model car offers a four door hatchback. It has the European feel more in the design. This sport model car is equipped with a 2.5 liter horizontally opposed cylinder engine that is 170 horsepower. The 2.5 GT models have a turbocharged engine with 224 hp and 226 lb-ft torque. The engine powers all the four wheels through a standard system.
The 2.5i is well equipped with full power accessories like keyless entry, four speaker stereo and good cruise control. It has a slightly elevated suspension for better ground clearance and has alloy wheels. Apart from the turbo engine, it includes large wheels with firm suspension. It also features automatic climate control and a sunroof with heated front seats. It is also specialized with suspension tuning which increases the handling ability.
Manufacturing the Imperza WRC takes more than 1600 man hours. The car is tested by 70 technicians and again tested on sports tracks for many hours to ensure its working condition.
